If you have a recent eviction , rental debt from a previous complex/ landlord or bankruptcy that is currently showing on your credit report, we will not be able to assist at this time.

Also note, lower credit may require higher deposits ( usually double ), a co-signer, or strong income. This is never my decision on approval but the landlord's
